DNN acquires Doc management IP from Xepient

Doc management  futures

Early March 2010 DNN Corp. signed an agreement to acquired IP related to Document Management and Search from Xepient Inc.

This has followed demand from the DNN customer base for improved document management provision within the system. Functionality improvements resulting from this move are likely to be implemented first in the packaged commercial editions of DNN before filtering into the community editions c.f. Telerik HTML editor introduction.

We will watch expectantly for first sightings of the new facilities.
